Same Day Shipping
At Sundico Parts, we are committed to providing efficient order processing and prompt shipping. Orders for in-stock items received before 4PM Central Time on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends) are processed and shipped on the same day. In the event that the part you've ordered is not in stock, our team will notify you via email and/or phone within 1 business day.
Flat Rate Shipping
Options We offer flat rate shipping options at an affordable rate of $11.95 for most orders (excluding oversized items). Our standard flat rate ground shipping ensures that most orders are received within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that business days do not include public holidays and weekends.
2nd Day Shipping: $27.99 Receive your order within 2 business days from the date of shipment.
Next Day Shipping: $79.99 Get your order in just 1 business day from the date of shipment.
In Stock Parts
Orders for in-stock items received before 4PM Central Time will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday, and those placed on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
As of now, Sundico Parts does not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carriers
Most of our orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please note that you do not have the option to select your preferred shipping carrier.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical address when placing your order.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
We currently do not offer shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Guam & U.S. Virgin Islands
We regret to inform you that we do not ship to Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Oversize Items
Some oversize or overweight items, including washer tubs, dryer drums, refrigerator doors, and other large items, may require additional shipping and handling fees. In such cases, our team will contact you by phone or email to discuss the options, which may include paying the extra charge or canceling the order. Please note that oversize items can only be shipped within the continental United States.
In-Store
Pick Up We do not offer in-store sales. All orders must be placed through our website and will be shipped directly to your designated address.

Sundico Parts reserves the right to modify our shipping rates and policies at any time. Please note that for orders totaling $99.99 or less, the flat shipping rate is $11.95 (excluding oversized items). Orders exceeding $99.99 in value will enjoy free ground shipping (excluding oversized items).
