Shipping terms
Same Day Shipping
We process order the same business day, all in stock items ordered before 4PM Central Time normally ship out the same day. If the part you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Flat Rate Shipping Options
All of our shipping options are flat rate $11.95 (excludes oversized items). Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Standard flat rate ground shipping, most orders are received in 2-5 business days from when it is shipped. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
2nd Day: $27.99 – 2nd Day orders are received in 2 business days from when the order is shipped. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Next Day: $79.99 – Next Day orders are received in 1 business day from when the order is shipped. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
In Stock Parts
In stock items ordered before 4PM Central Time will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will ship out on the following business day.
Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number. Please allow for up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
ApplianceParts4all.com does not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Unfortunately, you do not have the option to choose your shipping carrier.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P. O. Box addresses, please use a physical address when ordering.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Guam, & U.S. Virgin Islands
We currently do not ship to Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Oversize Items
Some oversize or overweight items such as washer tubs, dryer drums, refrigerator doors, and other large items may require additional shipping and handling fees. If the item that you ordered requires additional shipping and handling charges, you will be contacted by phone or email and offered the choice of paying the extra charge, or canceling your order. . Oversize items can be shipped within the continental United States only.
In-Store Pick Up
We apologize for any inconvenience, we do not sell parts over the counter. All orders must be placed on our website and shipped directly to you.
